Among many things, 2020 marked my return to making music. Grass Mirror has always been a highly experimental learning and growing outlet for me. Apparatus is an exercise in pushing new methods of sound design and instrumentation—the result being a tool for the listener to probe and explore inward with equal parts reflection and measured optimism.

Many thanks to the Lines, Monome, and Pure Data communities for re-sparking my light and opening my eyes to a whole landscape of new creative possibilities.
